Keep the platform, customer data and messaging channels safe and respectful.

Prohibited use
Do not use FollowUpSignal to violate law, infringe rights, impersonate another person, distribute malware, probe or bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, or access another customer's data.
Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, evade spam protections, continue messaging after an opt-out, misrepresent a sender, or violate email, WhatsApp or other provider policies. Do not upload data you are not authorized to process.
Security and enforcement
Keep credentials private, use only authorized integrations and promptly report suspected account compromise through a monitored operator contact. Do not submit secrets or payment credentials through public forms.
The operator may investigate suspected abuse and restrict access when needed to protect people, providers or the service. A real monitored abuse-reporting channel and enforcement process must be configured before public launch.
