Data deletion
Understand what can be deleted today and what operational process still needs to be established.

Current deletion capability
Self-service account, workspace and lead-data deletion is not currently available. The operator must implement a verified request-handling and deletion process before this page can serve as an operational guarantee.
Contact requests submitted through the public form are stored for manual review in the application database and removed after 30 days. The form does not notify staff, so it is not a monitored deletion-request channel. Do not submit sensitive identity documents or urgent requests through it.
What a future request process should cover
A verified process should confirm the requester's identity and authority, identify affected account and prospect data, explain any legal or security retention exceptions, track the response and delete or de-identify data in active stores and backups according to a documented schedule.
Customers who entered prospect information remain responsible for their own records and any requests they receive. The service operator must publish a monitored contact and response procedure before accepting production customer data.
