POLICY & PRODUCT TERMS
Refund information
The current billing configuration and what is, and is not, promised about refunds.
Effective date and last updated: 26 October 2026. This document is a practical draft for review and is not a statement of legal approval or compliance.
Current billing model
FollowUpSignal currently uses a one-time Paystack payment for the selected monthly or annual access period. Automatic recurring charges are not created, and payment card details are not stored by the application.
Refund terms
The operator has not configured a voluntary refund policy in this application. This page does not promise that a payment is refundable or non-refundable, and it does not waive rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The operator must adopt and publish its actual commercial and legally reviewed refund terms before accepting public payments.
The public contact form stores requests for manual review but does not notify staff or provide a monitored support channel. Do not rely on it for time-sensitive billing disputes until a monitored billing contact is configured.
Renewal and cancellation
Plans renew manually. An owner may turn off renewal; paid access continues until the end of the recorded period. When it ends, workspace changes pause until a new payment is verified. Cancellation stops the next renewal payment and does not itself create a refund promise.
These materials must be reviewed and adapted by the business and qualified counsel before public launch. Contact requests submitted through this site are stored for manual review and do not notify a support agent. Contact page.
