POLICY & PRODUCT TERMS
Terms of service
A practical starting point for describing account use, customer responsibilities, plans and the current billing model.
Effective date and last updated: 26 October 2026. This document is a practical draft for review and is not a statement of legal approval or compliance.
Status of these terms
This draft is a product-specific starting point and has not been approved by counsel. The operator must identify the contracting legal entity, governing law, dispute process and working legal contact before accepting customers. Nothing here invents those details.
Accounts and workspace access
You must provide accurate registration details and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping workspace access appropriate. Workspace roles restrict access to supported functions; invitations and complete team management are not currently available.
Do not attempt to access another workspace, bypass authorization, interfere with the service or use the service unlawfully.
Customer content and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the data and content you enter, including prospect information. You must have the rights and legal basis needed to collect and use it, provide required notices, honor data-subject requests, and keep it accurate and relevant.
You are responsible for lawful, consent-aware email and WhatsApp use, respecting opt-outs, provider policies and anti-spam rules. A platform control does not replace your legal obligations.
Plans, fees and cancellation
Plan catalog, limits and prices are configured by the operator and are shown on the pricing page when configured. A displayed price may be unavailable until the operator enables billing. The current Paystack flow is a one-time payment for a selected period; automatic recurring charges are not used.
An owner may turn off renewal. The paid plan remains through its recorded end date and then falls back to Starter limits. The operator has not configured a refund promise or trial offer in this application; no refund or trial term is created by this draft. Statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Third-party services and availability
Integrations depend on third-party providers, credentials, approved configurations and their availability. The application does not guarantee message delivery or uninterrupted service. Scheduled automation requires a separately deployed and monitored worker.
The operator may perform maintenance, change or discontinue features, or restrict access where reasonably needed to protect the service or comply with law. Any suspension and termination rights, notice and effect must be reviewed and completed by the operator before publication.
Intellectual property, disclaimers and liability
The operator must identify its ownership and license terms for the software and customer content. The service is provided as configured and reports describe recorded data; they are not financial, legal or business advice and do not guarantee conversion or revenue results.
Any warranty exclusions, liability limits, indemnities and dispute terms must be drafted for the actual operator and reviewed under applicable law. This draft does not purport to limit rights that cannot be limited by law.
These materials must be reviewed and adapted by the business and qualified counsel before public launch. Contact requests submitted through this site are stored for manual review and do not notify a support agent. Contact page.
